SEO execution, YouTube channel management and multi-platform content strategy at 35MM Studio, Dhaka growing YouTube audiences for "Late Night Horror" and "Chill and Heal" channels and managing Facebook pages for Chill and Heal English and So What English.
35MM Studio is a Dhaka-based creative and digital studio. As their SEO and Digital Marketing Executive from July to December 2024, I managed YouTube channel growth, Facebook page content and cross-platform content strategy — with a particular focus on video SEO and organic audience building.
YouTube Channel Growth — Late Night Horror and Chill and Heal
I managed SEO and growth strategy for two YouTube channels with different content formats and audiences:
Late Night Horror — a horror content channel targeting viewers interested in Bangla horror storytelling and shorts. Strategy:
Keyword research for horror-specific YouTube searches — "bangla horror story," "bhuter golpo," short-form horror formats
Optimized every video title, description and tags for discoverability in YouTube search and suggested videos
Built a Shorts strategy leveraging YouTube's algorithm boost for short-form content to grow the channel faster
Created a consistent upload schedule — the most important algorithmic factor for small channels
Chill and Heal — a relaxation, wellness and motivational content channel. Strategy:
Keyword research for relaxation and mental wellness searches on YouTube
Playlist architecture to improve watch time and session duration
Consistent visual identity for thumbnails — same style, same color treatment, recognizable in the feed
Cross-promotion between the YouTube channel and the Facebook page
Results for YouTube:
Late Night Horror: grew to [EDIT: add subscriber count] with consistent views per upload
Chill and Heal: [EDIT: add subscriber and view data]
Average view count per video: [EDIT: add data]
Facebook Page Management — Chill and Heal English and So What English
I managed Facebook pages for two English-language brands:
Chill and Heal English — wellness, positivity and relaxation content for an English-speaking audience. I created a content calendar of organic posts — quotes, short videos, engagement questions and relatable content — designed to build reach without paid promotion.
So What English — motivational and attitude-forward English content. Content strategy focused on shareable, reaction-driven posts that spread through organic sharing rather than paid reach.
Cross-Platform Content Strategy
I designed a content repurposing workflow: YouTube videos were broken into clips for Facebook, quotes were extracted for Instagram and Pinterest, and thumbnail images doubled as Facebook graphic posts. This multiplied the output from each piece of content without proportionally increasing production time.
Platform Optimization — Upwork and Fiverr
I also optimized Upwork and Fiverr freelancer profiles for keyword visibility — applying SEO principles to platform profiles to improve search ranking within those platforms and generate more inbound lead requests.

What is YouTube SEO and why does it matter for Bangla content channels? YouTube SEO is the process of optimizing video titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails so videos appear in YouTube search results and suggested videos. For Bangla content channels, YouTube SEO matters because the platform has a large and growing Bangla-speaking audience actively searching for content — channels that optimize for search get consistent views from people who were never subscribers.
How do you grow a YouTube channel with horror or niche content? Three factors matter most: keyword-optimized titles that match what viewers search for, consistent upload frequency so the algorithm keeps distributing your content, and strong thumbnails that generate high click-through rates. For horror content specifically, Shorts are a fast growth tool because the format gets extra algorithmic distribution and the hook-heavy nature of horror content suits the short format well.
Can organic Facebook reach still work for content pages in Bangladesh? Yes — particularly for content that generates comments and shares rather than passive likes. Engagement questions, relatable content and emotionally resonant posts still spread organically on Facebook in Bangladesh, where the platform has a large and active audience. The key is designing posts specifically for shares and comments, not just impressions.
