The Client

JM Enterprise supplies fiber and resin industrial solutions in Bangladesh, serving manufacturing companies, construction firms and industrial buyers who need specialist materials. Their sales had been relationship-driven, with no digital presence to support business development.

The Challenge

Industrial B2B businesses in Bangladesh rarely invest in SEO, which means there is a genuine first-mover opportunity for companies willing to build a search presence. However, the challenge is that industrial buyers use very specific technical search terms — and the content has to be credible and detailed enough to earn their trust.

The problems at the start:

No keyword research had been done — the website used the company's internal terminology, not the terms buyers search for

Service and product pages had no SEO structure — no H1s, no meta data, no internal linking

The website was not mobile-friendly, which was hurting both user experience and Google rankings

No way for potential buyers to make an enquiry easily — the contact process was unclear

What I Did

Industrial Keyword Research

I researched the actual search terms used by procurement managers, engineers and factory buyers in Bangladesh when sourcing fiber and resin materials. This included both English-language searches and Bangla transliteration searches — a dimension most generic SEO audits miss for Bangladesh markets.

Product and Service Page Optimization

I rewrote every product and service page with proper H1, H2 and meta structure, using the keywords industrial buyers actually search for. Each page was designed to answer the specific questions a buyer would have at the evaluation stage — specifications, applications, minimum order quantities and lead times.

Technical SEO

Fixed mobile usability issues, submitted the sitemap, resolved crawl errors and improved page speed by compressing images. A mobile-friendly industrial website is rare in this niche — fixing this alone improved rankings.

Enquiry Path

I simplified the contact process — adding a clear "Request a Quote" CTA to every product page, a quick enquiry form and a WhatsApp button, so a buyer who is ready to enquire can do so in under 30 seconds.

Content Strategy

I built a small blog content plan targeting informational searches from industrial buyers — "difference between fiberglass and carbon fiber," "resin types for construction Bangladesh" — designed to attract buyers earlier in their research process.

The Results

[EDIT: add Search Console ranking data for target keywords]

[EDIT: add enquiry volume before and after]

All product and service pages keyword-optimized

Mobile usability issues resolved

Clear enquiry path built on every page

FAQ

Does SEO work for industrial B2B businesses in Bangladesh? Yes — and it works faster than in B2C because most industrial businesses in Bangladesh have not invested in SEO at all. If you are the only supplier in your category with optimized product pages and a mobile-friendly site, you can rank for high-value commercial searches relatively quickly.

What keywords do industrial buyers in Bangladesh use when searching? They use a mix of English technical terms ("GRP pipes Bangladesh," "fiberglass sheet supplier Dhaka"), Bangla transliterations, and product-plus-location combinations. A good industrial SEO strategy covers all three, not just English keywords.

How do you generate B2B leads through a website in Bangladesh? The most effective approach for industrial businesses is: rank for specific product and material searches, have a fast and clear enquiry path on every product page, and offer a WhatsApp contact option since most B2B buyers in Bangladesh prefer WhatsApp for initial contact over email or phone calls.
